Completely. Entries are saved only in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server and we never have access to it.
Will I lose my data if I clear my browser?
Yes. Because the data lives only on your device, clearing your browser storage or using a different device or browser will not show the same entries.
How often should I weigh in?
Daily or several times a week works well, ideally at the same time of day. Focus on the multi-week trend rather than any single reading.
